Welcome to our beautiful 11th-floor penthouse condominium at the south end of Estero Island. The condo was completely renovated this year -- including all new appliances, cabinets, and corian countertops. It's beautifully decorated with all new furniture, bedding, carpeting, and tile. The furniture is upscale, very comfortable and bright.
The large private balcony faces west, and provides spectacular views of the beach, romantic sunsets, and views of Sanibel Island. There are beautiful bay views from the kitchen window. There is a saltwater estuary and bird sactuary in front of the condo frequenly filled with hundreds of birds. A pair of binoculars is provided for better viewing.
The family room is very spacious and has a TV, VCR, DVD and a radio with CD player. The furniture is bright and comfortable.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and private bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony and cool gulf breezes. Wake up in the morning with spectacular views to the gulf of Mexico from your bed. An alarm clock-radio is available if needed.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom. We also have a roll away bede for added sleeping space.
Enjoy the large swimming pool and the tennis court, on site. Jet-skiing and parasailing are available at the beach. Numerous golf courses are nearby.
There are great restaurants on the beach, as well as nearby in Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. A shopping center and boat rental are available across the street. And a new supermarket (Publix) is one mile away. For your convenience, there is a beach trolley to take you back and forth on the island. Enjoy baseball spring training with the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox. Enjoy professional hockey with the Florida Everblades.
Fort Myers Beach is close to all Florida attractions. Sanibel Island and Captiva are 20 minutes away. Naples is 30 minutes south. Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are 2.5 hours away. Miami, Tampa and Busch Gardens are two hours away.

On the beach there are a variety of water activities including parasailing and jet ski Rentals. Across the street from the condominium is Santini Plaza with shopping, a variety of nice restaurants and a marina with boat rentals. Golfing is available nearby.
Rate Details, Terra Mar Penthouse Condominium
Terra Mar Penthouse Condominium requires a minimum stay of 7 days. We rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
All reservations require a $500.00 deposit and $500.00 security deposit at the time of booking. The security deposit will be returned to you within four weeks after your departure, less any damage or extra cleaning charges.
Cancellation must be in writing. If you cancel at any time after paying the deposit and $500.00 of the rent, it is subject to forfeiture unless full term of your reservation can be rebooked. Once rebooked, your entire deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be returned.
We do not rent to single groups under 30 years of age. All rentals are subject to 9% sales tax. All accounts are payable in US funds. Personal checks, traveler’s checks and cashiers checks, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed.
